Harry Holmes (played by Ronald Pickup) is an old time grifter who appears in "Gold Mine".
At the start of the episode is is seen trying to con property developer Howard Jennings until it is revealed that Howard knows he is trying to con him and has been taping there numinous meetings.
Howard hands of the tapes to the police and Harry is set to prison where the team visit him after hearing the news.
